On Thursday night at 6pm, we were happy to have International Lawyer Christopher Lee with us at the studio. He specializes in International Private Law with a focus on child abduction and gave us a comprehensive overview of this extensive topic.
There are different kinds of child abduction, but Christopher Lee and his multilingual team provide services to parents that feel to be victims of a criminal offense. For example, a mother who goes on a holiday with her son and decides not to come back, because she thinks this is better for her child. Christopher Lee explained how this can be unlawful and demonstrates other factors that influence the judgment of particular cases.
If you want to know how Christopher Lee, who is originally from Sussex, started his career in sunny Barcelona and what he tells us about specific cases, have a listen:
Blaumut is one of Spain’s most celebrated bands. Vassil Lambrinov and Xavi de la Iglesia began to make homemade recordings in 2003, testing and experimenting with different sounds. In 2009 the group began performing in small venues in Barcelona, sharing their “folk pop” and passion for music with a small diehard fan base. Blaumut signed a record contract with Picap in 2011, publishing their first album “El turista” in September of the following year. Since the release of their first album, Blaumut has experienced continuous growth thanks to its first success “Pa amb oli i sal” which was exclusively featured during football matches of FC Barcelona at Camp Nou Stadium. In 2013 they were awarded with the Cerveri Awarad for IIetres per a conco for their musical version of the poem “I beg your pardon”, by Salvador Espriu. The song has more than 3.6 million views. Through hard work and talent Blaumut is now one of the most prominent bands in Spain.

On Saturday at 3pm we broadcasted live from The Shamrock Bar on Carrer dels Tallers near the Universitat, right before the game began. It was a full house of football maniacs from Spain and abroad.
The room was biased towards Barcelona although one brave person suggested Real would win before being pummelled with menus and serviettes. We interviewed live on air many of the audience about the game and their favourite players and what they predicted and hoped from the game.
If you love football come and join us again in The Shamrock for all the big European and International matches.
